In unserem 12-monatigen Trainee-Programm bilden wir dich zum Proposal Manager aus. Im Proposal Management steuerst du unsere Angebotsprozesse für potenzielle Neukunden sowie Bestandskunden und machst aus Angeboten überzeugende Verkaufsdokumente. Dabei planst und koordinierst du die unterschiedlichen Angebotsphasen, bringst dabei deine Kommunikations- und Projektmanagement-Erfahrung aktiv ein und steigerst so die Qualität und den Erfolg unserer Angebote.
Du wirst in spannenden Angebotsprozessen für namhafte Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen auf deine weiteren verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben im IT-Umfeld vorbereitet. Im Rahmen des Trainee-Programms statten wir dich mit einem breitgefächerten Wissen aus – du beherrscht im Anschluss das Managen von Angebotsprojekten, besitzt einen hohen Grad an Service- und Vertriebsorientierung und verfügst über IT-Basiswissen.
Während des Trainee-Programms steht dir ein erfahrener Kollege/-in zur Seite und begleitet dich systematisch. Ergänzend nimmst du an unserem umfangreichen Weiterbildungsprogramm teil, das dir unter anderem Schulungen in den folgenden Bereichen bietet:
Nach erfolgreicher Beendigung des Trainee-Programms muss noch lange nicht Schluss sein:
Gehe mit uns deinen nächsten Karriereschritt im Rahmen einer unbefristeten Einstellung im Proposal Management oder - falls du ein Master-Studium anschließen möchtest - im Rahmen einer studienbegleitenden Tätigkeit.
