- die laufenden Software-Entwicklungsprojekte durch weitsichtige Mitarbeiterentwicklung kapazitiv und methodisch optimal unterstützen und dabei die Mitarbeitenden in der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und methodischen Optimierung ihrer Vorgehensweisen voranbringen
- als Teil des Architekturteams die IT Enterprise Architektur durch Mitarbeit und Einbringen eigener Ideen aktiv mitgestalten
- als disziplinarische/r Vorgesetzte/r die Verantwortung für den Kompetenz- und Fähigkeitenausbau der Mitarbeitenden übernehmen
- als "Chapter"-Lead das Können der Software-Organisation lenken und die Zusammenarbeit aller Teams sicherstellen
- ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und Erfahrungshintergrund
- mehrjährige disziplinarische Führungserfahrung in der professionellen agilen Softwareentwicklung (> 5 Jahre) sowie in der Leitung von größeren Softwareprojekten (> 15 Mitarbeiter), idealerweise im Sondermaschinenbau
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Architekturmustern und Requirements Engineering Methoden sowie in der Steuerung agiler, SCRUM-basierter Teams
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im agilen Coaching vorteilhaft
- Leidenschaft bei der Entwicklung herausragender, technischer Lösungen in komplexen Umgebungen, ein hohes Maß an Lösungsorientierung und Eigenorganisation
- Empathie und Spaß an der Arbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams sowie am Leben agiler Werte
- eine sichere Kommunikation in Englisch und Deutsch
