To support us in our Product Development Cell Line, Media and Testing Solutions Department, we are looking for an intern Master thesis (x|f|m) startingas soon as possible for at least 9 months.

The position is based in Ulm (Sartorius Stedim Cellca GmbH), Germany.

In this role you would contribute to further develop and improve our cell line development platform for the production of biopharmaceuticals.

Grow with us - Your Responsibilities
The project focuses on the development and improvement of platforms for Adeno associated virus (AAV) vector production.

The project includes the following methods:

Cell culturing of suspension cells
Transfection and cell culture technologies for the generation of stable production cell lines
Stateoftheart genome editing tools (CRISPR/Cas)
Viral titration analytics (ddPCR, transduction)

What will convince us

Course of Master study in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar disciplines
Basic experience in lab work (HEK cell culture is of advantage)
High motivation and the ability to work independently
