Working in a global and diverse team with an open approach that will support you and your development. You will be controller and coordinator of Cost Allocation processes for Global Mobility Management Siemens Energy.

Your focus will be defining, implementing and controlling global processes for Cost Allocation in alignment with Business functions, Accounting, Controlling and Tax Department.

This includes setting up and implementing Cost Allocation Process in SAP PS / FI / CO System and monthly check of KPIs and P&L/Balance values.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Global Governance for Cost Allocation Global Mobility Management SE
  • Being the SE HR interface for all Cost Allocation topics Global Mobility Management for Business Contacts, Accounting and SE Taxes on a global level
  • Working with our external provider for Global Mobility Management Cost Allocation
  • Defining and implementing all related processes and interfaces for GMM as well as reporting and controlling all relevant KPIs for our 3rd Party Provider
  • Ensuring compliant E2E processing of all related cost (RIC Processing)
  • Acting as a close partner of our Cost Allocation provider in Germany and supervising accounting relevant processes
  • Ensuring correct closing for Global Mobility Management Cost as well as supporting diverse GMM Projects
  • Being contact for our Service Contracts for GMM Service Provider including ordering and invoice processing

What You Bring

  • Master ́s degree in business administration, finance, or related field
  • Longstanding professional experience in Accounting and Controlling positions
  • Knowledge of SAP Modules PS, FI, CO and Global Mobility Management Processes
  • Ability to guide and influence implementation partners as well as experience in aligning process changes with interface partners
  • Ability to thrive in a global environment and to work flexibly where required, understanding of SE Construction Project Business would be an advantage
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset as well as ability to coordinate and manage implementation partner activities
  • Selfdirected with an ability to organize, plan and prioritize as well as outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
