Then come and join our global team as Head (f/m/d) of Applications & Digitalization (AD) for Export Control & Customs (ECC) to ensure export control compliance through best possible ECC tools and processes within our Siemens Healthineers landscape and help us to ensure export control compliance for every cross-border transaction. You manage the international ECC AD Team (currently 5 in Germany, 3 USA) as expert, manager, leader, and coach. The functional teams and projects are highly international and separately staffed.**

Your tasks and responsibilities:

As part of our ECC leadership team, you will advise, manage, and support in digitalization demands, changes and challenges in environments, relevant to export control and customs
You transfer your extensive information technology knowledge combined with deepest export control and customs knowledge to interdisciplinary teams and find reliable, performant and customeroriented solutions

- and for the formulation of directions, guiding principles, priorities as well as changes in accordance with the ECC strategy

You make the organization aware of our ECC information technology strategy, related realization projects, targeted outcomes, and its reasons
You oversee and manage contractual

- relationships with Siemens Healthineers internal and external service providers

You ensure ECC interests and demands with regard to efficiency and global trade compliance within strategic Siemens Healthineers IT refinement and rollout projects around the globe
You are responsible for the development of harmonized "best practice" processes, with the focus on ECC specific responsibilities and their implementation into our IT and SAP landscape, in cooperation with the required internal and external stakeholder
You are responsible to manage, refine and eventually replace our already established IT solutions, to support ECC demands best, including the consideration of all relevant export control obligations globally
You are responsible to manage demand, improvement

- and change requests from our ECC-internal and -external stakeholders

You are responsible for the conception and execution of trainings related to your area of responsibility

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a degree with focus on IT, Business Administration, Law, International Trade or similar
You are an experienced professional in international trade, export control

- and customs environments

Furthermore, you have several years of extensive leadership experience in large international IT and/or organizational optimization projects (definition, initiation, execution & closure phase)
You have a deep understanding of IT landscapes and related SAP, PLM & SCM processes as well as risk management and global trade know how
You have deep technical knowledge in key areas such as system integration and workflow management and business process engineering

Your attributes and skills:

To establish, maintain and innovate our global trade technology you need analytical and solutionoriented thinking and be ready to challenge existing processes and patterns
To manage our global internal and external budgets familiarity with budgeting and IT financials including good negotiating skills is necessary
You have an excellent written and verbal command of English and ideally also German
You are ready to drive, speak up and escalate any critical topics on IT and trade compliance side
You show strong communication and collaboration skills on all organizational levels
You are a role model and leader to organize, encourage and motivate your disciplinary and functional team members
