Combat Air Systems Bid Operations (f/m/d) Ref

Your responsibilities:

Supporting the Combat Bid Support Team in the management of the bid environment and bid data relating to Eurofighter campaigns
Administer the data relating to Eurofighter campaigns in the Airbus MySales tools
Support the relevant Bid Managers for the various campaigns in the regular meetings, drumbeat sessions, and technical team discussions
Ensure 'housekeeping' of the campaign related data in the Confluence tool
Support the overall Combat Bid Team of Airbus in the daytoday tasks and activities
Ensuring that the relevant Campaign / Bid Team follow the correct procedures and capture information in the appropriate locations
Support the users of the various bid tools across the different departments
Support the Bid Managers in the Airbus Maturity Gates and reviews
Bring fresh ideas to improving the Combat 'Digital Bid Plan' and support generating new interactive templates
Regularly check with the programmes department to collect and collate status of campaigns
Support the rollout team for the Salesforce tool and represent the Combat department's requirements

Personal requirements:

A "people person" first and foremost and a team player
Able to communicate across a very large bid organisation
Untroubled to work on military / fighter aircraft programmes
Feeling comfortable in a military / governmental style environment

Qualifications:

IT specialist at least vocational training with longterm Experience or
IT clerk at least vocational training with longterm Experience or
IT system clerk at least vocational training with long Experience or
Ideally graduated Technician/Specialist

IT:

MS Office at least detailed. special skills
Google Suite knowledge is required
Quick learning in new IT tools and processes
Experience in collaboration tools is beneficial
Experience in Confluence and Salesforce or similar web based toolsets is desirable

Languages:

German at least advanced
Business fluent English

professional experience:

Knowledge of the Airbus 'Acquire Business' SELL process is nice to have
Experience in Bid

- / Campaign Management is helpful

Knowledge of the Eurofighter operating environment is useful
Knowledge about involved parties within the bidding route for military aircraft is desirable
