We are seeking a Fund Administrator in Hamburg, Germany.

The Fund Administrator will be responsible for the deliverables for a portfolio of Venture and Private Equity funds. The fund administrator is the point of contact of clients on all fund administrative tasks.

The tasks include processing accounting, reporting on the basis of international standards, drafting and reviewing call and distribution notices, waterfall calculations, Capital Account Statements etc.

As a Fund Administrator, you can expect to:

Interact with Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals and related stakeholders and take responsibility for all aspects of operations
Prepare funds as per prospectus when launched or migrated from other administrators
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including NAV calculations and preparation of capital account statements
Prepare regulatory reports
Communicate with clients to resolve issues related to their funds
Passion for numbers
Strong MS Excel knowledge
Able to adapt quickly to challenging and changing priorities
Effective time management
