Your Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone customer service, provide pricing information, and other details. Be the first point of contact for customers regarding our services.
• Receive and process orders and existing contracts meticulously. Coordinate internally for availabilities and provide prompt feedback to customers.
• Create and process offers for customers within your responsibility.
• If a customer is unhappy, handle the situation calmly and liaise with colleagues for resolution. Your calm demeanor is your strength.
• Provide expert assistance to customers regarding our webshop or customer portal.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Previous experience in sales services is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, teamwork, and excellent communication skills are your strengths.
• Proficient in using computer systems, especially in SAP and MS-Office.
