- Oversee inventory management and ensure the systematic accuracy of inbound and outbound processes.
- Managing cycle counts and conducting wall-to-wall counts.
- Performing root cause analysis of stock differences.
- Administering claims related to damages, returns, and cancellations.
- Relevant experience in a warehousing and distribution environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of inventory management practices, including cycle counting and wall-to-wall assessments.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on preventing stock discrepancies.
- Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
