We are currently looking for a Head of Corporate Information Technology at our Headquarters in Bremen.

Your tasks:
Leading our KAEFER Corporate Information Technology (CIT) department
Management of the global IT strategy:
Orchestration of the global IT strategy process
Followup on the IT strategy implementation on global and local level
Engagement in the global digital strategy implementation:
Participation in the digital steering committee
Definition and implementation of the IT specific parts of the global digital roadmap
Development and execution of IT rules, policies and guidelines
Continuous development of global IT services, considering business benefits, availability, performance and risk management
Management and monitoring of the global IT projects portfolio and resources
Supervision and optimisation of the global IT costs
Your profile:
Minimum 5 years experience in an IT management position for an international organisation
Experience with the development and implementation of IT security strategies
Handson experience with relevant IT management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, SCRUM, TOGAF, SAFe, etc.)
Excellent professional leadership skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex and international environment
Used to professional change management
Very good communication skills and persuasive ability
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel
