Your mission:

Be one of our very first commercial hires and potentially advance to Co-Founder/COO level

Essentially be an extension of the CEO
Have an outsized impact on shaping the company trajectory from day one
Manage the daytoday operations, ranging from strategic product and sales projects to finance and hiring
Help translate strategy into execution. Guide the goalsetting process and drive key KPIs across the business crossfunctionally

Your profile:

3+ years' experience in fastpaced working environments incl. but not limited to High-Growth Startups, Tier 1 Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong strategic planning and operational management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
You are proactive and get things done
A passion for music and entertainment
