Dentolo is one of the fastest-growing insurance scale-ups in Europe and you will work together with us to enable future growth and innovative solutions.

For our next phase we are now looking for a legal expert to coordinate our various external and corporate functions.

Your primary tasks will be

Serve as trusted advisor for all topics around legal, governance and data protection and provide strategic guidance to our management team
Act as the main point of contact between us and the corporate functions of our parent group
Support in the preparation for and during the execution of internal and external audits and work hand in hand with governance stakeholder representatives
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosure documents
Take full ownership about our legal processes, policies and structure

Profile:

Completed degree in law, economics or equivalent with strong knowledge of laws and regulations
2+ years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in a reputable law firm or inhouse legal department.
Robust knowledge of financial regulations and relevant regulatory bodies (e.g. BaFin)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to nonlegal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
