Your role

Supporting the Country Head GCS "Group Corporate Services" in the daytoday management in a fast changing working environment.

Are you an expert in Management Support, focus on building trust and valued relationship with the Team and customers as partners ?

We're looking for a deputy for the GCS Country Lead Germany (Group Corporate Services) to:
Support the local GCS Country Lead in daily tasks especially in organizing and supervising external providers, contract and risk management, including service management and cost effectiveness
Be an inspiring team leader to several internal GCS facility and service management roles and enable the team for continuous best in class service delivery
Ensure proper process management is implemented and uptodate as well as ensuring tasks followup through dedicated GCS tools
Manage and resolve incidents and risk issues
Manage 'fronttoback' a wide variety of vendors and contracts, creating and monitoring industry competitive and peerbenchmarked performance
Ensure that the strategies of GCS EMEA, UBS Germany and UBS Europe SE are executed
Proactively identify enhancements of the operating model and ensure cost and efficiency targets are met
Support and develop the UBS Environment Management System
Provide support to management in collecting critical documents, presentations and other communications, ensuring appropriate communication

You'll be working in the GCS team in Germany. We provide bestinclass services in facility management, provider and vendor management, hospitality services, mailing and record management as well as security services including health and safety. As a Deputy of the GCS Country Lead, you'll play an important role in supporting on the daily challenging and exciting tasks.

Your expertise

University degree (or equivalent) with minimum 2 yearsexperience & track record in similar roles
Broad knowledge of services management and comfortable with interacting at all levels of a business across geographies and cultures
Strong Leadership through content and project expertise
Proven conceptual knowhow and strong analytical skills
Good skills in presentation and negotiation track record
Proven ability to lead people and organizational change, selfmotivated and entrepreneurial
Strong conflict resolution and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Passionate about a clientoriented service culture
An excellent communicator fluent in English & German language
Presentation skills in supporting training of staff e.g. in our Environmental Management System
