Student/Graduate Assistant (Studentische Hilfskräfte) - Institute for Ethics in Artificial Intelligence (IEAI) (M/F/d) The IEAI builds upon the Technical University of Munich's strategy for "Human-Centered Engineering" by bringing scientists from the technical and social sciences together to conduct research on cutting-edge problems related to the responsible implementation of AI.
We are currently looking for Student/Graduate Assistants (10 hours), to support us in that mission


Requirements:


  • High affinity for working with website building platforms (Wordpress), audio & video editing technology and other IT related tasks
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written skills (German and English)
  • High motivation, diligence and independence
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Ability to connect with different persons/partners across TUM
  • Teamwork, 'handson mentality' and service orientation
  • Matriculation at a university in Munich

Tasks:


  • Drafting new & editing existing pages for the IEAI website using Wordpress, HTML and CSS
  • Image editing (Using Canva, Adobe etc.)
  • Editing academic texts and presentations (German or English)
  • Creating presentations in support of the Director and the Managing Director of the IEAI
  • Supporting Digital & Hybrid Events
  • Participation in new projects related to digitization and collaboration at the IEAI
  • Assistance with research activities, solicitation of offers & orders
  • Administrative activities (inventory, maintenance of Excel lists, etc.)
