Standort: Regensburg, DE, 93055The role of a "Coordinator (M/F/d) Locations Communications" is to ensure consistency in Vitesco Technologies locations communications with regards to corporate values, policies and objectives.

Furthermore, it ́s the task to implement and develop a global Vitesco Technologies locations communications strategy.

Herewith, the focus is on fostering internal communications, support local media relations, live and brand communications as well as online communications to ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives that are relevant to communications.

Your new responsibilities:

Ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives that are relevant to communications by fostering especially internal communications, to some extent local media relations, brand, and event communications as well as to some extent online communications
Supporting and promoting the worldwide locations communications' network
Training of locations communicators worldwide regarding communication policies/standards as well as corresponding areas
Designation and regular checks of worldwide locations for financial reporting
Monitoring of the implementation of strategic projects, target alignment and quality in communications at Vitesco Technologies locations
Interface within Vitesco Technologies Group Communications, the Divisions, Group Functions as well as the countries
Interface for external agencies and service providers as well as communication and alignment with international teams

Your qualifications:

Academic degree in Communications, Business Administration, Social Sciences or comparable
Long term professional experience in all fields of operational and strategic communications
Preferably first knowledge in the automotive field
Business fluent English and German language skills
Serviceoriented mindful customer orientation as well as intercultural experience and team spirit
Solution orientation as well as stakeholder engagement and flexibility
