Fuller is looking for a HR Business Partner to support and roll-out new and existing projects or initiatives and provide input on execution plans.

You will be expected to understand the talent market and market impact for the business or functions supported.

You will deliver training on HR topics, advise local leadership and their direct reports, provide consultation input and solutions to local business leaders regarding HR practices and processes.

You will report directly to the Engineering Adhesives Sr. HR Business Partner.


Location:
Hybrid: Home Office & regular travel to our Lüneburg and Nienburg Sites


What You Will Do:

As a trusted member of the H.B.


Fuller HR Team, you will:
-
Cooperate with Supervisors/Managers and Works Council in all HR related issues in working on HR guidelines and Works Council Agreements
-
Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies and site rules
-
Support in the preparation and control of monthly payroll
-
Partner with all HR Centers of Excellence colleagues in terms of hiring, employment, compensation, performance management, development, termination, and disciplinary action.
-
Counsel and advise all employees for in HR matters and employment law issues
-
Conduct training and development plans for employees and managers in area of responsibility
-
Work closely with the EIMEA Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers, ensuring optimal recruiting and employment of staff, according to their skills & knowledge.

Partner with HR Shared Services team to support HR administrative and operational tasks.

Support initiatives in HR projects and Organizational change

Ensure that all HR data and ATS Systems
(Workday) is permanently updated
-
Conduct Tariff & Company Pension Schemes activities.

Influence people related decisions and use of HR measures and metrics


About You:


You are deeply passionate about HRM, with experience as a sparring partner, guiding and coaching employees, business leaders and managers of assigned business lines and/or locations in the development of solutions and concepts in response to current and potentially upcoming future challenges of their people management agenda in a corporate environment.

You are proactive, resourceful, and efficient while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Excellent
    German and English language skills
  • Knowledge of Tariff Agreements for Chemical Industry (highly desirable)
  • Training Certification for Apprentice Training
  • BSc in Human Resources or related field with minimum 3 years of experience
  • Proficient with HR systems and analytics
  • Good IT skills: MS-Office and ATS Systems (Workday skills highly desirable)
  • Working knowledge of German Social Security Law and Tax Law
  • Good working knowledge German Tariff Law and German Labor Law
  • Handles sensitive information with integrity and gains trust quickly
  • Ability to consult and advise business stakeholders; you have strong collaborator skills and ability to achieve consensus
