- Supporting teams in introducing and optimising agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
- Continuously improving established collaboration models and methodologies
- Adapting existing agile frameworks to the needs of the business organisation
- Developing and implementing agile workshops and training sessions for our employees
- Establishing and supporting communities in an international environment
Your Profile
What you should have.
- University degree or completed apprenticeship with a focus on information technology
- Several years of professional experience as Scrum Master or agile coach
- Experience in agile software development or agile project management
- High level of empathy for the business organisation and the people undergoing a change process
- Excellent team player with a high degree of independence and initiative
- Very good presentation, moderation and communication skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
