Your Role and Responsibilities:


  • Support with the implementation and optimization of analytical methods to characterize novel protein therapeutics, e.g., binding affinity and kinetics, competitive binding and epitope binning assays
  • Highthroughput sample tracking and warehousing, data analysis and record keeping using professional electronic sample and data management systems
  • Support with the optimization of laboratory, data management and data analysis workflows
  • Work collaboratively in cross functional teams, discuss and present results and updates at group, project, and departmental meetings
  • Research of projectrelated patents and scientific literature, participation in scientific discussions

Your Qualifications and Education:


  • You hold a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in life sciences (biochemistry, molecular/structural biology, protein engineering, immunology or similar) or a completed training as a technical lab assistant (BTA or CTA), ideally combined with working experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
  • You have a strong background in protein biochemistry
  • Sound understanding of and handson experience with standard biophysical protein analysis methods, e.g., Western Blot, SDS-PAGE and similar
  • You spend time thinking about optimizing and automating your daily workflow to perform the experiment that will make the difference
  • Handson experience with liquid handling robotics for high throughput assays is a plus
  • Prior experience in therapeutic protein discovery, ideally, in the analytics of coagulation factors and/or immunoglobulins is a plus
  • Desire to work in a dynamic environment constantly challenging, updating, and improving the existing workflows
