- Plans, controls and optimizes controlling and reporting to the management level
- Carry out business plausibility checks and clarifies deviations
- Execution of turnover calculations and updating of planning files
- Establish and monitor overall budget as well as business objectives for the functional area
- Create initial invoices and coordinate with invoice recipients
- Develop and maintain KPI evaluations as well as key figures systems of site based shop floor management
- Communication with the customer regarding invoicing
- Completed vocational training
- Hands on computer and reporting skills
- Knowledge in the logistics industry will be an avantage
- Excellent command in English and German
