The European Shared Services Retail Collections in Berlin services accounts for Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Benelux and the UK.

The focus of the Retail Collections department is loss mitigation by negotiation with our customers to reach a payment arrangement.

If payment arrangements are not possible the department is responsible for taking actions that reduces the potential credit loss for Mercedes-Benz Mobility.

We are looking for an assistant (f/m/x) for our Early Collections team in Berlin.

**Your tasks will be: - Handling incoming and outgoing mail

  • Handling scan
  • Payment allocations
  • Other administrative tasks related to collection activities

Qualifikationen:

**What you bring to the table: - Experience in administrative task management

  • Experience in working in call center environment will be a plus, but not necessary
  • Native speaker level in French and English language skills on advanced level
**Personal skills: **- Communication skills

  • Good teamworker, reliable and selfreliant way of working
