Tasks

What you will be doing:

Review, draft and support negotiations of customer contracts (SaaS offering mainly across Europe)
Providing legal support to all teams with respect to vendor contracts, NDAs and other contracts
Provide legal advice and guidance on data privacy laws
Drive the compliance agenda identify key legal risks and issues and suggest suitable solutions
Collaborate with external legal counsels on topics covering various areas of law and several European jurisdictions
Contribute and implement improvements driving legal operations efficiency (templates, processes, tools, trainings) to enable efficient business growth

Requirements:

What we will love about you:

Law degree
Five years of experience preferably in the software industry
Fluent in German and English
Selfstarter with excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- you are a self-starter with a high level of attention to detail
- you have a "get-it-done" attitude and always aim for the best possible solutions
- you appreciate working in a team with highly motivated and driven people
- comfortable with regular context switches to unblock your team and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- able to stake out short, mid and long-term tasks based on a (multi-) yearly roadmap and assign appropriate priorities
