Als Sales Operations Specialist (w/m/d) sind Sie ein wichtiger Teil unserer Sales Mannschaft bei der Betreeung bestehender aber auch Gewinnung neuer Kunden


Working at NTT

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellen von Anforderungsdokumenten zur Unterstützung der Angebotsfreigabe
  • Eigenverantwortliche Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Beschaffung von relevanten Informationen für Kundenangebote
  • Ergreifen der notwendigen Maßnahmen an den NTT-Kernsystemen, um Änderungen an den Kundenlösungen und services vorzunehmen
  • Ergreifen von Maßnahmen zur Bestandskundenbindung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Client Partner / Client Manager
  • Fristgerechte Bearbeitung von kundenorientierten Unterlagen
  • Anlage und das Management von Kundenaufträgen in den NTT-Systemen
  • Selbstständiges Bearbeiten von Kündigungen (vertraglich wie kommerziell)
  • Erstellen von RFQ-Sheets (im smartPSPSystem) für "daily business"Anfragen und Interaktion mit Global Networks (Pricing-Team)
  • Abwicklung des Angebots
- und Order Prozesses im Produktbereich GIN

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Tätigkeit in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Erfahrung in der Angebotserstellung für komplexe (IT) Projekte
  • Kenntnisse von Angebots
- und Orderprozessen (sfdc,...)
