Then take your future in your hands and become part of Takeda as aCompliance Specialist (all genders)**As Compliance Specialist you will be in charge for local Quality Risk Management Process and identify competencies which you establish in SOPs and related documents. Therefore, leading and driving change regarding continues improvement for this role is necessary as you will create, review and approve QRM related documentations relevant to Takeda Singen.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensuring internal local Quality Risk Management process is in line with latest regulatory guidance and industry requirements including Takeda's internal Global SOPs
- Lifecycle management for existing Risk Assessments and storage location as well as advice in performing and/or facilitating of Risk Assessments
- Risk register and QRM related trainings ownership
- Design and tracking of defining risk mitigation activities
- Participation in regulatory inspections and customer audits
- Support in transfer and investment projects at the Singen site
Your profile:
- University degree in natural sciences or a related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Broad overview of all relevant national and international pharmaceutical directives and guidelines and knowledge of their requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office tools and familiarity with electronic quality management systems
- Effective communication skills, creating clarity, promoting alignment and delivering on commitments
- Fluency in English and Germany
