Agile Coach (M/F/d)
Full
- or part-time (min. 30 h)

What you will do with us

Guide and support
scrum teams in
agile principles and
scrum framework.
Conduct meetings,
coach teams in obstacle identification and removal.
Ensure
clear communication and
effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and other scrum masters.

Identify and
resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity.

Assist teams in
selforganization and
removing obstacles.
Maintain adherence to
agile practices and foster
continuous improvement.
Utilize
tools and
techniques for better
collaboration and
transparency.

Motivate the team, create a
supportive environment.

Continuously
reflect and
improve processes.
Implement and
manage OKRs, integrate them within agile practices, provide training and coaching on OKR usage, and facilitate
datadriven decisionmaking.

What you bring with you

What you bring with you

Degree in
ITrelated field or equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience as a
Scrum Master /
Agile Coach in agile IT projects and companies.
Preferably
certified in
agile methodologies, e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master.
Solid knowledge in
project management and
software architectures.
Can work effectively with multiple scrum teams.
Proficient in managing
larger project environments.
