Responsibilities:


  • Lead nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the marketing funnel and convert them into customers.
  • Data analysis: Analyze marketing data to identify trends, track campaign performance, and make datadriven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Database management: Maintain and manage the marketing automation database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Workflow creation: Build and optimize automated workflows that align with customer journeys and support the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to coordinate efforts and align strategies for cohesive campaigns.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, campaign results, and provide insights for future campaign planning.

Your Profile:


  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms: Demonstrated expertise in using various marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
  • Datadriven mindset: Ability to analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Automation expertise: Skilled in setting up and executing automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Lead generation and nurturing: Proficient in designing and implementing lead capture forms, landing pages, and lead scoring models to identify and prioritize highvalue prospects.
  • Integration skills: Knowledge of integrating marketing automation platforms with other systems like CRM, CMS, and ecommerce platforms for seamless data flow.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation processes.
  • Creativity: Capable of developing innovative automation strategies and personalized customer experiences.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and campaign updates.
  • Project management: Organized and detailoriented, adept at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
