FOOD AND BEVERAGE INTERN - BERLIN based
BIG MAMMA is a bunch of more than 2200 cool guys behind the 24 most iconic italian restaurants & Food Market in UK, France, Spain, Germany.
With more than clients a day, extremely warm places, an authentic cuisine, products imported directly from Italy, everything 100% fresh and 100% homemade.
Become part of our
F&B Team as F&B intern. Our restaurants in Germany are
Giorgia in Munich,
Coccodrillo in Berlin and
Edmondo in Hamburg.
You will report to
Constantin Scheibler F&B Manager Germany
With the help and support of Germany's F&B manager, you will participate to the following missions:
Purchase: find products, develop new channel- Create new suppliers 'relationships
Products sourcing
- Build a good and strong relationships with the suppliers
- Support restaurants when carrying out monthly inventories in Easilys
- Participate in the quarterly menu changes
- Ensure compliance with recipes, in coordination with the Chefs and the
