  • Steer, develop & implement an effective pricing policy, tools and process for Land across Europe covering standard Products as well as tailored customer agreements.
  • Leverage market pricing intelligence and digital pricing tools as well as well as conventional tactics & processes to achieve volume growth and CM1b margin targets.

Responsibilities:


  • Individual / Accountability
  • Define Land Pricing strategy with senior mgmt.
  • Owning and steering pricing policy and standards for Land Europe.
Shared / to be informed

  • Decisions taken in ELM
  • Updates to cost tariffs
  • Key decisions taken for Revenue & Pricing in clusters
Key interfaces / to be consulted

  • Deviations to Land standard terms and conditions for commercial agreements
  • Purchasing of pricing intelligence
  • Pricing tools and process.
  • Decision powers
  • Governance / steering of Land pricing activities
  • Nomination of key positions in Clusters with regards to Land Revenue & Pricing.
  • Influences / needs to be consulted
  • Commercial business process, if it influences the Land pricing process or responsibilities.
  • Vertical / Key Account strategy, if it involves deviations to the Land pricing strategy or process.
  • Management forum participation
  • Land Sales & Products Management (ELSP)
  • RHO Land Sales & Products Management Team
Required main experience and skills.

  • Leadership experience in international context
  • Knowledge of pricing techniques and strategies
  • Market knowledge regarding Land Europe
