Position Summary:

Für unser Customer Contact Center in Bonn suchen wir zu nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Customer Care Representative Associate.


Deine Aufgaben:


  • Du bearbeitest telefonische und schriftliche Kundenanfragen
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden zu unserem Produktportfolio
  • Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und übernimmst das Beschwerdemanagement
  • Du bearbeitest proaktiv Serviceabweichungen und informierst unsere Kunden
  • Du findest am Telefon und intern individuelle Lösungen für Anfragen unserer Kunden

Du begeisterst uns durch:

- strukturiertes sowie kunden
- und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten

  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
- eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (bspw. Bürokauffrau/- mann;
Kauffrau/-mann für Dialogmarketing) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
