_We are elevating our capacity to execute large Investment Projects by establishing an Investment Project Management Office (PMO).__ Therefore, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced _
_PMO Leader__, with a credible track record, to join this global team. _

As the Senior Leader you'll be at the Centre of driving our future investments to unparalleled success, fostering seamless communication across teams, and driving our large investment project implementations.

You will be responsible to build, develop, motivate, and lead a team of high performers for very large projects of significant strategic importance.

_Your Mission:

Lead the charge to implement our gamechanging investment strategy.
Oversee projects with technical experts, visionary original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and a network of successful, proven contractors.
Build a strong internal and external network and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
Direct and inspire a stellar team, to meet all project deliverables, including time, cost, and quality.
Implement a stateoftheart approach, which will set new industry benchmarks and shape the future of our Investment Management Office.

_Your Toolkit:
_

Formal Technical or Commercial Education, or equivalent experience. A Masters' degree is preferred.
Proven experience in leading large project organizations striking the perfect balance between results and customercentricity.
Dynamic influencer who builds a global network and who thrives on collaboration.
Strong command of written and verbal English. Additional language capabilities would be an added advantage.
