For Airbus Helicopters in Kassel we are looking for
#Finance NextGen (m/w/d).

Description:

The Finance NextGen Programme is an Airbus Helicopters development programme. This Program consists of two assignments in two different countries. Each assignment lasts for a period of two years. They are combined with off-the-job modules, designed to strengthen participant's management and financial competencies.

This programme is designed to identify and develop talented Leaders for the Airbus Finance Community who will contribute significantly towards achieving our business goals.

The Finance NextGen Programme - sponsored by Airbus Helicopters' CFO - enables its participants to enhance financial know-how and expertise, combined with further learning in management and leadership competencies.


The mission of the programme:


  • Fostering and deepening participants' financial knowledge and expertise on the Airbus world of Finance, enlarging the scope to the international financial context
  • Linking formal learning with rotating, realbusiness project assignments
  • Increasing participants' project management and leadership competencies
  • Encouraging networking, job shadowing, mobility and crosscultural experiences
  • Mentorship from a member of the Finance Top Management

Mission:

During your first assignment you will be part of the Finance department of the future AIRBUS Helicopters Technik GmbH. You will be in charge of Financial Reporting to Operational, Airbus Helicopters Management and Airbus Group Finance.


You will be in charge of:

  • Performance Controlling in line with Airbus requirements and the associated Financial
  • Reporting to Airbus Helicopters Headquarter
- a structured follow-up of the Acquisition Business Case


You will be accountable for the preparation of an analysis comparing the Airbus Group Central services with the former owner's model in terms of price, efficiency and organizational impact on AH Technik.

You will also contribute to diverse department initiatives (support to projects).

This perimeter will evolve over time.

  • Financial master degree
  • Autonomy and ability to challenge stakeholder, service mindedness
  • Stick to commitments on time & quality
  • Strong verbal and written communication German and in our business language English
  • Good communication skills (ability to make finance important to nonfinance people and to make complex issues understandable)
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
