The Role

As the Team Lead - SEA, you will be responsible for managing a team of Search Engine Advertising specialists and driving the success of our search marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Your responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive search engine advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant networks
Manage the endtoend process of search advertising campaigns, including campaign planning, budget allocation, keyword selection, ad copy creation, landing page optimization, bid management, and performance tracking
Monitor and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, CPC, ROAS, and other relevant metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Lead a team of Search Engine Advertising specialists and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to optimize their performance and professional growth

Requirements:

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Indepth knowledge of search engine advertising concepts, tools, and techniques, including keyword research, campaign setup, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking
Previous experience in a team leadership or managerial role, with a track record of successfully managing and developing a team
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make datadriven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
