JOIN OUR DEMAND PLANNING TEAM:

Within Europe Demand Planning you will get deep insights of the company organization.

The Demand Planning Team is working close together with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Advanced Analytics and SCM.- You will learn how we range articles on seasonal level and how we create our article Demand Plan, for all our channels.

(WHS, e-com, retail) You will get insides about our sales and customer structure, and you will be part of our monthly IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process to manage our net sales ambitions.

Furthermore, you will get insides about the Interface to our SCM organization and in addition how we manage our excess inventory in relation to the Factory Outlet business.

Finally, you will get exposure to a project to create a data driven solution to effectively influence the inventory management YOUR TASKS:

Independent work of various tasks to support all product areas during the collection phase
Creation of reports and analyses to support Demand Planning on article level
Check the availability of the current collections
Support the clearance activities of the "old" season articles
Support the monthly IBP process
Cross functional work with other teams, BU, Finance, Business Development, Data Analytics
Work on adhoc requests
Work on own projects
YOUR PROFILE:
Master / Bachelor Student of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar
Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship.
Or in the socalled gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations
Passion for data analytics and conviction on how data can support a "factbased data driven decision making" in the organization
Fluent English language skills (written & spoken), German is a benefit
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
First experience with PowerBI and/or Power Query is beneficial
Strong analytical and organizational skills with an open and strategic mindset
Open mindset and motivated to work and develop your skills in an international environment with a lot of crossfunctional collaboration
