Functional area:
Logistics / Operations / Shipping

As a Working Student (d/f/m) in our Warehouse & Spares team you will support our team in their daily work and make a valuable contribution to the team's success.

You will learn about how our business operates renewables assets and gain know-how in the Warehouse & Spare Management in the wind & solar business.

Your Future

As a Working Student within the Warehouse & Spare Management team, you will be responsible to support the team in warehouse and spare part activities across Europe
You support in the development of project charters, documentation tools, templates and provide an overview & updates of ongoing projects
You contribute to inventory optimisations and spare part availability
You create or update documentations & procedures for the team
You assist on physical warehouse improvement activities (e.g. 5S) or planning of new initial setup ́s
You support in SAP MM & PM Data Quality improvements initiates and contribute on standardisations & improvements
You support central & local teams in projects and take over own work packages
You analyse data to identify issues & improvement areas or cost saving potentials.
You update monthly KPI & Dashboards for Team & Management Meetings

Your profile

Student enrolled in a bachelor/master degree course in economics, project management, logistics, supply chain management or comparable
Interest or first experience in Operations & Maintenance or ideally in Warehouse or Spare Part Management in the renewables business
Reliable, flexibility, selfinitiative and highquality awareness
Capability to analyse and gather information and to organize a variety of tasks
Experienced user in MS office (Excel, World, PowerPoint) SAP MM experience is a plus
Team oriented and good communications skills
