VIE Sales Administrator (12 months renewable)

Our Sales department (front office) in Germany (based in Wolfsburg) is looking for a
VIE Sales Administrator to support the manager on a daily-basis.

You will serve as a point of contact for customers and internal teams/ production sites in France with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to achieve our goals.

Your challenges?

  • You are handling with deliveries, invoices and you are checking data accuracy
  • You are supporting and developing internal sales reportings
  • You are doing prices updates, prices contracts, and participate to prices negotiations/offer preparation with customer.
  • You are dealing with basic figures and you are organizing sales results via files
  • You are liaising with other departments and you are communicating with people
  • You are supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
Let's talk about you...

  • You are graduated of a Bachelor or Masters degree
  • You have basic technical understanding sales in prices, what is behind (not only pure figures), and have a basic interest for it
  • You have a fluent/correct level of German
  • You have a good written and verbal communication
  • Our environment is international oriented : you have good knowledge in English
  • You like intercultural communication, you are openminded oriented, autonomous and flexible
