Your new responsibilities:

Functional and disciplinary leading including hiring and personal development of employees
Assure strategic targets within platform projects
Assure compliance to Electronic Platform development process
Serving as interface for internal and external development partners
Support quotation projects

Your qualifications:

Academic Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Longterm professional experience in the automotive area, especially related to power electronics
Several years experience in a leadership role
Knowledge of High Voltage circuit design for automotive products
Fluent English and advanced German language skills
Teamspirit and ability to work with intercultural teams
Strategic, analytic and selfdependent way of working
