Your task:

Modern employee management in the sense of individual support and systematic further development of employee qualifications using regular feedback
Technical and scheduling scheduling of the assembly work of assemblies (electrical & mechanical) within the team
Technical and scheduling scheduling in the area of machine software updates in the field as well as provision of PCs for final assembly
Participation in solving specific problems in close cooperation with related departments
Enjoy organization, administrative tasks and the further development of the area for which you are responsible
Active participation in process improvements and new developments
Responsible electrician (VEFK) takes over the task in assembly
Ensuring legal, collective bargaining and occupational safety requirements are met in the assigned area of responsibility

Qualifikations:

You have a suitable career, such as successfully completed electrical engineering or mechatronics vocational training, supplemented by further training (technician, master (M/F/d)) and professional experience in a comparable manufacturing environment
You have high social skills, empathy and strong communication skills and enjoy working with people in an experienced team
Your wellfounded professional experience in assembly forms your strong basis and is accompanied by your good understanding of people and technological challenges
With the help of systematic methods such as "Lean Management" you are able to analyze the assembly processes, identify potential and improve them
