Outokumpu is looking for an
Energy Specialist based in one
of the operational mills in Europe to provide sourcing and tactical buying execution support and procurement stakeholders support for energy.

The Outokumpu Energy sourcing team ensures that the European mills have sufficient energy sourcing of electricity, gas, and utilities.

Your role

Procurement stakeholder (suppliers, category managers, finance) support on energyProcurement topics and data capture and analysis
Providing sourcing and tactical buying, execution support
Verification that supplier invoiced electricity and gas quantities match with deals and orders made. Keeping balance sheet of energy in order
Energy procurements spend analytics support
Operational supplier performance data capture and analysis
Claims data capture and analysis
Feeding summaries to energy reporting cube

About you

An applicable academic degree in business or technology, preferably energy market
Experience in energy and/or eagerness to use proven analytic and data capture skills
Understanding of energy market
Good skills in accounting and invoice handling
Fluent in English; German, Swedish and Finnish are considered as an asset

You will be located in
of the operational mills in Europe and report to VP Energy and Transportation Sourcing, Maria Nilsson, based in Sweden.
