For our Power Operation Command Centre in Berlin we are looking for an
Technical Support Specialist (M/F/x)

Responsibilities:

Realtime management of charging and swapping equipment and the battery status, analysis and response based on abnormal conditions, and dispatching and commanding.
Respond to user inquiries online, handle equipment failure remotely, and soothe user emotions.
Based on monitoring to predict user needs, provide services and improve user experience.
Emergency response and disposal of major failures.
Output requirements by collecting problems and optimize the process by promoting departmental collaboration.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in service positions, or more than 2 years of experience in O&M and management of mechanical and electrical equipment as well as charging and swapping facilities.
Good service awareness, communication and coordination skills.
Strong ability to analyze and solve problems and handle emergencies.
Team player, willing to share and undertake with others.
English as daily working languages, one of German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian advantageous
