Your Tasks:


  • You will take incharge in the HR reporting area and continuous development of our HR
controlling instruments and processes.

  • You prepare HR budgets and forecasts in coordination with all departments involved.
  • You will implement our new BI tool, support to shape the tool and the reporting.
  • You will be a part of the working group, collaborating with project managers and the
provider on evolution (Tagetik).

  • You are the first contact person for People Business Partners, Controlling and Financial
teams and ensure a good relation by providing accurate data.

  • You create and provide adhoc and standard monthly HR reports with clear narrative and
analysis about our Headcount and their different views.

  • You shape the global reporting landscape through our KPI reporting and stakeholder related
reporting solutions by defining a global HR dashboard.

  • You define a new model to monitor our personnel cost planning, controlling and forecasting.
  • You act as the interface in HR (with Payroll Loga tool) for annual statements & audits.
  • You take part of different work on the Compensation & Benefits mostly regarding the
Compensation campaign.


Your Profile:


  • Degree in Business Administrations, HR, Finance or Economics studies
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a HR environment and an international growth environment
  • Enthusiastic about data, numbers and confident in handling them from different sources and
working with different systems

  • Analytical mindset and able to develop hypotheses from business problems
  • Handson mentality as well as a high degree of diligence and resilience
  • Strong project management, collaboration and communication skills
  • Result driven and customer oriented
  • Profound MS Office ( especially Excel ) knowledge and experience in Power BI as well as in
LOGA, SAP or TAGETIK is appreciated

  • Fluent in Business German written and spoken, English is an advantage
