Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

  • Develop, optimize, execute and follow up a Zone Central Sales Development Strategy based on European and Global Sales concepts and guidelines.
  • Strengthen sales by developing or improving local concepts, processes, systems and tools with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness and in the spirit of "Own the Game".
  • Act as a central coordinating point for all Sales Development activities and knowledge pool of the sales force within the local as well as for the European and Global organization
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support of all sales areas in the development of customer (group) adapted strategies
  • Independent and proactive execution and control of various sales analyses as a basis for further strategies and processes (especially Excel, BI)
  • Independent preparation of presentations (PowerPoint) on various salesrelevant topics and projects based on the analysis results obtained
  • Support for all crosssales development topics
  • Contact person for internal and external interfaces in connection with the planning, coordination, optimization and implementation of showroom processes in Zone Central
  • Key Relationships:

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Advanced knowledge MS-Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • German and English fluently (verbally and written communication)
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree in business administration or sports with marketing/sales focus or comparable commercial training
  • 12 years sales experience, ideally with GTM experience in the sporting goods industry
  • Experience in project management an advantage
