Our Group Accounting team is critical to the successful growth story of Native Instruments, from performing seemingly routine tasks to providing important insights, and enabling our stakeholders to make commercially savvy and robust decisions.

What You'll Do:


  • You will prepare and consolidate the group financial statements according to legal and company guidelines (German GAAP and potentially later on IFRS)
  • Independently support and prepare yearend financial statements according to German GAAP and IFRS
  • You will support with GAAP translation to IFRS
  • Further improve group accounting guidelines and consolidation processes
  • Work in close collaboration with auditors and external advisors
  • Communicate and collaborate with accounting teams of other worldwide subsidiaries, as well as our internal Controlling/FP&A department and other relevant stakeholders
  • You will check, validate and analyze the subsidiary companies reporting packages as well as actuals vs. forecasted group figures
  • Manage and support queries around accounting standards and tax topics
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize existing reporting tools and systems

What You'll Need:


  • You already bring significant experience working in the field of group/corporate accounting and/or with an Big 4 accounting firm
  • You have a solid working knowledge of consolidation and ideally have been actively contributing to the consolidation process and/or tool improvement
  • You have a firm grasp of German GAAP and ideally some exposure to IFRS
  • Your are Degree qualified with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
  • You are at ease within an international environment and you are fluent (at least B1 level) in both German and English
  • Your strong communication skills support you to present and illustrate complex topics to a range of business stakeholders
  • You can demonstrate your proficiency in data analytics, Microsoft/Google tools and major ERP systems
  • You offer a track record of thriving in deadline centric environments and are comfortable working with change and ambiguity
