  • Technology versus PA architecture
  • 1 st level interconnect optimization
  • PA design
  • PA characterization
A doctoral student is a research enthusiast,

›who enjoys working in an industrial environment in combination with an Infineon partner university.

›who appreciates open communication and the contribution of an international environment.

  • Are a highly motivated individual striving for indepth understanding of the interaction of RF power device technology and the performance of RF power amplifiers
  • Have a master degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Already gained first experience in high frequency theory, characterization and circuit design
  • Are fluently communicating in English; German is a plus
  • Are a team player and strive for excellence in the quality of your scientific results
