Platinum Client Solutions


We are looking for a motivated Platinum Client Service Delivery Specialist to join the Platinum Client Solutions (PCS) team in the Corporate Bank division of Deutsche Bank.

The PCS team plays a crucial role in improving the overall service experience for our Platinum clients throughout the customer lifecycle.

Platinum Clients refer to high volume and high revenue producing clients within Corporate Bank.

The team works on stabilizing platinum client's flows, improving observability, and identifying ways to decrease pain points that have been raised by the clients.


As part of our global team, you will be knowledgeable in the payments industry, data analytics and data visualization, have a good understanding of Cloud technology and solutions for banking services.

You are expected to skilfully navigate through big data to analyse trends, troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate recommendations to enhance the client experience and Product Roadmap, becoming an SME on Platinum Client Payment flows.

Prior experience in data analysis and visualization, as well as project management or product ownership, and understanding of the software development lifecycle is beneficial.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work with all internal DB teams to provide a single point of contact for the bank's Platinum Clients and to build relationships with internal clientsupport teams
  • Liaise with platinum clients directly through monthly steerco's and receive realtime feedback on progress and challenges.
  • Design and develop new functionality, work with teams on functional and nonfunctional requirements, technical analysis, and design
  • Find areas of improvement to current and future payment flows, manage internal improvement projects

Your skills and experiences

  • Payment industry standards (NACHA, ISO 20022, etc.) and understanding of front to back Payment's processing
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
  • SQL & Java knowledge (preferred). Familiarity with Cloud GCP (beneficial)
  • Good understanding of product life cycle and feature creation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with Platinum Clients and DB internal teams
