direct Customer Engager (f/m/d) Digital Pathology.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 28h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You will drive sales opportunities for Syngo Carbon Pathology and bring your expertise in the field of Digital Pathology and Enterprise Imaging IT in the healthcare industry
  • You are responsible for driving the development of the commercial business directly with customers on behalf of the zone/country managers to ensure a technical and clinical valuebased sales approach in our regions within a highly dynamic, constantly evolving market
  • You take charge of organizing customer meetings, workshops, and demonstrations, all the way to the final proposal in Shareville, including all necessary documentation
  • You will work closely with the Global Business Development and Sales Manager for Syngo Carbon Pathology, as well as the respective Global Business Managers, to act independently and autonomously

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You have a completed degree in the field of engineering, natural sciences, medicine, information technology, or healthcare
  • You have many years of professional experience in sales or in the introduction of new healthcare products
  • Alternatively, you hold a doctorate in conjunction with several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector
  • You bring highly indepth sales knowledge in the field of Digital Pathology, healthcare, or the IT sector
  • You possess profound knowledge of IT standards in healthcare

Your attributes and skills:


  • You have very good English language skills, enabling you to communicate effortlessly with various customers in an international environment. Additional language skills are advantageous
  • You have the ability to inspire others with your ideas and possess proven experience in dealing with external customers, with whom you can communicate on an equal footing, even in an international context
  • You are willing to travel internationally for business purposes, accounting for more than 25% of your time
