What you'll do:


  • You will lead, grow, and develop a team of fantastic project managers, engineers, and designers to develop the best sleep products in the industry.
  • You will have a strategic view on product development process to maximize the efficiency, minimize costs and improve the value of Emma products.
  • You will manage the collaboration with international suppliers by developing the best products with the highest quality in the shortest time frames.
  • You will work on successfullaunchingof new products throughout different markets and countries.
  • You will generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of the industry, production lines, materials, and suppliers.
  • You will think outside of the box, finding ideas to elevate the product portfolio of Emma and improve people's sleep.

Who we are looking for:


  • You have successfully completed your studies in a relevant course with strong achievements (product development, project management, engineering).
  • You have experience in product development or engineering of physical productspreferably within a start/scaleup environment.
  • You have experience in leading multifunctional highperforming teams.
  • You are fascinated by sleep, foams, springs, and fast scalable business models.
  • You are fluent in English. German, Spanish or Chinese will be a plus
