We are looking for a
(Senior) Specialist, FinTech Global Wallets (all genders)** to join the FinTech team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Delivery Hero's
FinTech team has the mandate to develop a world-class payments platform to process millions of transactions globally, and the ambition to deliver embedded financial services to Delivery Hero's customers, riders and merchants, unlocking value for the ecosystem and the group.

Delivery Hero's global Wallet team anchors the strategy, strategic partnership initiatives and business results that are driven by closed and open loop features that provide value to core business and beyond.

The
(Senior) Specialist, Global Wallets **will report to a member of the global wallet team leading wallet initiatives and will partner closely with the regional FinTech leadership to produce results across different markets.

Your mission:

Contribute to the development of Delivery Hero's overall FinTech Wallet Strategy, including but not limited to defining group level strategy, financial modeling and valuation, commercial due diligence and documentation review activities.
Build effective business cases to support proper prioritization of Wallet initiatives that will bring most value.
Drive the launch and scale up of Delivery Hero's Wallet business across Delivery Hero markets through efficient execution and project management of various initiatives.
Build deep understanding of Delivery Hero's users, riders and vendors and how their unmet needs that can be fulfilled through the Customer Value Proposition of closed and open loop wallet features.
Build solid understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable for open and closed loop wallets and associated business models across Delivery Hero markets.
Monitor and share key trends in Fintech, especially pertaining to wallets to add value to Delivery Hero's products.
Lead commercial deals with wallet partners (Emoney issuers, Banks and Tech partners) across the entire lifecycle: scouting, deal structuring, negotiation and deal management.
Devise Go To Market strategies for Wallets across markets
Communicate and liaise at all levels of the organization including product, tech, marketing, legal, operations, and regional and local teams.

Your heroic skills:

4 plus years of relevant work experience in open or closed loop wallet companies out of which some is within the product domain.
You have strong analytical skills, and can prepare business cases, financial models, other financial and commercial analyses
You have experience or a proven interest in financial services/ FinTech.

You have strong oral and written communication skills, can prepare presentation materials and articulate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
You have strong teamwork, interpersonal & relationshipbuilding skills, and the ability to influence and lead by example
You have the ability to communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups.
You are comfortable with a dynamic, fastmoving, entrepreneurial environment and with taking on responsibilities early on
Strong problemsolving skills: demonstrated ability to structure problems and develop solutions.
Strong people/ stakeholder management; this role requires maintaining relationships with people across all brands of DH and hence people skills are of prime importance.
An excellent process manager with strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
