Postdoctoral Researcher (f/m/x) with Computational/Bioinformatics Background:

Code: 1312/2024/5

The Capasso lab is seeking an interactive and self-motivated bioinformatician/computational biologist to join a team of cell and molecular biologists working on the immune system and its changes in aging and neurodegeneration.

The projects will focus on interrogating and integrating existing transcriptome, translatome and proteome datasets generated from genetically engineered mouse models, with a specific focus on regulation of mRNA translation downstream mTOR activation in microglia.

This programme of work is based on published/unpublished studies from the team.
