The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct client's and agencie's challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services.

Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding about TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change.

You are joining a team of consultants and marketing and self service platform experts, who proactively drive the client's growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.


  • Focus on enabling team efficiency, optimize account allocation, engage with key clients.
  • Responsible for local revenue goals, forecast and pipeline management
  • Develop and implement digital growth and advertising strategies for top advertisers in the Retail/eCommerce Vertical.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners to drive client growth.
  • Coach, manage, and grow Client solution managers by leading a team of Managers.
  • Build a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and highperforming CST org by influencing the team's structure, culture, and processes.
  • Drive crossfunctional collaboration and alignment with key partner teams, including PSO, Measurement, Marketing Science and agency teams.
  • Influence regional Product Roadmaps in close alignment with Program Management and PSO and learning programs by understanding local and global market needs.

Qualifications:


  • Sales, Consultancy or Client solutions background with relevant industry experience (strong commercial background).
  • Experience with digital platforms, advertising metrics, industry trends, data and technology, ad tech (technical skillset).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage both their commercial and technical expertise to drive revenue and influence stakeholders to increase product adoption.
  • Experience in designing media strategies, planning & implementation for campaigns against key KPIs (including analysis & benchmarking / sales pitch with ideally an in
- depth vertical and industry demonstrated knowledge)

  • Track record in developing at scale large performance agencies/advertisers/clients with a deep understanding of the industry challenges
  • Demonstrated managerial experience (leading IC / leading Team Leads, crossfunctional teams/ projects)
  • Fluent German and English speaker
