Offgrid Mindful Cabins GmbH is an early-stage nature travel, hospitality, sustainable and design start-up. We are fuelled by passion for mindfulness, nature, storytelling, and unique design experiences.

We design, manufacture and operate cabins (tiny houses) that promote mental wellness, mindfulness and unforgettable memories in the heart of nature.

Tasks


JOB INTRO:

Offgrid is seeking a working student to support our marketing department in various tasks related to marketing and communication.

As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing start-up environment and contribute to our mission of promoting sustainable living.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional videos.
  • Assist in managing and updating our company's social media platforms, including content creation, posting, and engagement with our audience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Help plan and execute events and trade shows to promote our products and brand.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements:


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Office Suite, Social Media Management & Tracking Tools,
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in Design software (Adobe Creative Suite etc.) is a plus, but not a musthave
