At MAYD, we are on our way to building Europe's largest healthcare platform.
With our software, we simplify everything related to health for millions of private customers as well as care homes/services. Our team, which started with €50 million from top-tier investors and an experienced founding team, is still looking for support

Your Mission

Work closely with our founders, product managers and team members across all teams to tackle one of the most exciting opportunities in the lastmile delivery space
Collaborate with a crossfunctional team (designers, engineers, analysts) to help deliver our roadmap. You'll do this by writing User Stories, assuring the quality of our products, removing blockers, and taking part in Agile ceremonies.
Synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data to help identify, understand and solve key customer and business problems. You'll be essential in contributing to datadriven decision making.
Define and track our team's metrics to understand the success of our products for our business and our customers. Celebrate wins and learn from failures that's how we continually improve.

Your Traits

Proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements
First experience in fastpaced environments, such as high growth startups, consulting, VC
Prior experience in product management and/or a technical background is a strong plus
You are techsavvy and curious about digital products
Entrepreneurial mindset and great at getting things done
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Fluency in English
German is a big plus
